We had a great history day today. After lunch we colored some trains and talked about the Underground railroad. We then read 2 books.

After reading these books, Princess V and I talked about freedom. We wondered what it would be like to be a slave, and then how it would feel to get to freedom! I think she understood the feelings of sadness and joy, but still quite grasp the concept.
