I debated what to teach the Princess' today. The book I've been using had ideas for John Adam's birthday. I decided we'd be a little more general though. So we talked about presidents. We have two USA coloring books. So I found some pictures of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. And that is who we talked about today.
So the Princess' learned that George Washington helped free America. And then that Abraham Lincoln helped free the slaves. It was nice to play off our Harriet Tubman day from last week and talk about slavery and freedom again.
Then we learned a new song. Sing to the tune of "Do you know the Muffin Man"
